If you notice the same problem reoccurring within 5 days of your service call, let us know. We will fix it again at no additional cost.
This guarantee is “rolling,” meaning that the new service call resets your guarantee. If you see the same problem again within the next 5 days, Digity will reevaluate the issue. We’ll research the problem, escalate it to a more experienced technician, and do anything we can to prevent the issue from coming back—and your guarantee will once again reset.
